Considerations

The competition is open to remodeling projects completed by Home Builders Association of Southeastern Michigan (Association) members only. Applications for awards will be limited to one entry, per category, per company. Projects must have been completed within the current or prior two calendar years. PROJECTS MAY NOT HAVE WON A DESIGN AWARD IN THE PAST.

All entries are due on or before September 14, 2018. Entries submitted after September 14, 2018 will not be accepted.
