Tabletop Exhibitor – $350
- Includes 8’ skirted table
- One admission to the Economic Forecast Breakfast (Value: $80)
- Tabletops open 7:30 a.m. – 9:00 a.m.
- Set-up begins at 6:30 a.m.
- Tear-down begins at 10:30 a.m.

Platinum Sponsorship – $1,000
- Tabletop display at the event (Value: $350)
- Two admissions to the Economic Forecast Breakfast (Value: $160)
- Notification to all CAM and HBA members of sponsorship, in HBA and CAM Magazines
- Opportunity to provide a brochure or a giveaway item, placed at each attendee’s seat
