HBA Announces New Meeting Policy
In the past we have been able to accept cancellations up to 3 business days in advance of meetings and events. Since we have to order catering and meeting materials earlier than that, HBA has often incurred excessive expenses for last minute cancellations. To avoid this happening in the future, we ask that you:
- Make your reservations to attend HBA and AAM events as early as possible.
- Pay in advance (if there is an attendance fee) whenever possible.
- If you must cancel, do so no later than 5 business days in advance of any meeting or event.
- 50% of fees will be refunded if you cancel at least 5 business days in advance.
- With less than 5 business days notice, or for "no-shows", there will be no refunds and "no-shows" who have not paid in advance will be billed.
Thank you for helping the Associations to operate more efficiently.
