Meeting & Event Registration

HBA Meeting Policy

  • Make your reservations to attend HBA and AAM events as early as possible.
  • Pay in advance (if there is an attendance fee) whenever possible.
  • If you must cancel, do so no later than 5 business days in advance of any meeting or event.
  • 50% of fees will be refunded if you cancel at least 5 business days in advance.
  • With less than 5 business days notice, or for “no-shows”, there will be no refunds and “no-shows” who have not paid in advance will be billed.
